Extend TrusteePosition with documentType, payeeIban, payeeName, payeeBic, paymentReference and dueDate fields. Overhaul AI extraction prompts to capture full document details in desc (line items, addresses, conditions), extract QR/ESR payment references and IBAN from invoices, and tag each record with its documentType.
